In this experiment, we are going to study the melting points in organic chemistry. The melting point of a compound is the temperature at which the solid phase transitions into the liquid phase at a standard pressure of 1 atmosphere. By means of this experiment, the melting point of naphthalene and urea will be determined observing the melting range of these compound, and the factors that affecting the melting point will be evaluated at the end of the experiment.
You will be learning process that the titration curves of some typical acid base neutralization reactions.
Ideal Gas Laws
You can see compounds of the elements form with each other and you can yourself form compounds by combining.
